• Click “File”
• Click “Import Export”
• Select “Export file” and click “Next”
• Select “Outlook data file (.pst)” and click “Next”
•  Select name or email address of Gmail account
• Make sure “Include subfolders” box is checked and click “Next”
• Select the save destination and complete the export

After the export is completed, select “File” “Import / Export” “Import from another program or file” “Outlook data file (.pst)” and import the file you just exported.

Now that you have completed the mail import of your Gmail account, you can integrate your mail data into one Outlook by abolishing your Gmail account. Lastly, do not forget to delete your Gmail account from your account settings.

Connect your Gmail account to Outlook

Connecting your Gmail account to Outlook on the web is easier than importing mail data.

• Sign in to Outlook on the web
• Click on ‘Settings’ and ‘Mail’ at the top of the screen
• Click “Account” under “Option” Click on “connected account”
• Click “Create New”
• On the Connect Mail Account page, enter the email address and password for your Gmail account and select “OK”

This completes the procedure. By the way, if you want to add a Gmail account with desktop version of the Outlook application, you can complete the connection by adding the account of the mail data import method described above.
